Sej Violet Jorgensen, she/they, Early Childhood Specialist
I completed my Early Childhood teacher training in 2001, and Birth & Postpartum Doula training in 2011 and 2026. I have a Waldorf background and a theater degree, as well as two older teens and a small dog. I enjoy fiber arts, trees and plants, and playing violin in an orchestra.
My Postpartum service focuses on caring for new parent and child, and I can also provide light housekeeping, cooking and basic baking, pet care, help with other children, virtual support, listening, and brainstorming.
My Nanny/childcare service often includes bottle prep and cleaning, child meal prep, baby/child dishes and laundry in addition to songs, stories, games, walks and nature appreciation within a gentle schedule.
In addition to offering physical and emotional support, I also help parents explore and solidify their own caretaking style. I'm available to work days and overnights, and am up to date on my infant, child and adult CPR training as well as COVID, flu & Tdap vaccines.
